Supervision

Are you looking for a new supervisor?

Are you looking for a new supervisor? My supervision style is very collaborative, and I have been described as warm, genuine and down-to-earth.

I really enjoy my supervision work and helping therapists to develop their technique and theory and the experience of learning from them too. An important part of this is looking after yourself, and I can offer support to help you manage the challenges this work can sometimes bring. I also have experience of business development and see being able to pass this on as a part of supervision as well as reflecting on your day-to-day work with clients.

I hold a Diploma in Relational Supervision (from Severn Talking Therapy, validated by The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society) and work either online or in person in Calne, North Wiltshire.

I am experienced in and therefore able to support therapists through both the BACP and NCPS accreditation processes.

Supervision frequency will be decided by what your membership body requires, your case load and experience. Counselling membership bodies require both qualified and trainee practitioners to engage in formal supervision giving you the opportunity to discuss your clinical work regularly with an experienced practitioner.

I welcome enquiries from anyone working within the caring professions who would benefit from the time and space to process the challenges in their work. I have experience of running supervision groups as well as one to one with people in a variety of settings.

Session fees are £60 for one hour, £75 for 1.5 hours and £90 for two hours. I offer face-to-face supervision from my practice in Calne as well as phone or online supervision to therapists all over the UK.

If you’d like to find out more and arrange a no-obligation phone chat, please get in touch.
